The company have over 700 employees across the region and have a number of specialist production based sites across the South West. Due to continued expansion and sustained success, the company are now looking for a hands on, motivated engineering manager who can positively impact and help to improve the engineering/ maintenance teams and processes across the board.

In this role you will management and organise a team of engineers to complete projects, PPMs and general maintenance based tasks across their production site. You will also help to create maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors as and when necessary.

This role would suit a Maintenace Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager or Senior Engineer from a manufacturing or production based background who is looking for a new challenge or is open to a new industry who is looking for an autonomous hands on maintenance management position with great prospects and work life balance.
