An award winning innovative engineering company located in Worcestershire who’re leading specialists within the Smart Electric Vehicle Charging Industry in which they design, develop and manufacture all of their high technology cutting edge products in Worcestershire have an exciting role to hire a new Lead Electronics Engineer.
Job Responsibility:
As the successful Lead Electronics Engineer, you will take lead and responsibility for the Electronics Architecture for Electronics Design of the New Product Development taking projects through the full product design lifecycle that will include initiation, design and development, and into successful manufacture.

Lead Electronics Engineer Key Skills:
- 5-7+ years minimum industry experience
- Experience in the full product design lifecycle
- Electronic Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
- PCB Design & Schematic Capture
- Electronic design automation tool experience – Altium, KiCAD or similar
- Practical skills – Debugging, simulation and validation of electronic and system designs
- Experience of Version Control – Git, GitHub or similar
- Good interactive, communication & team playing skills
- Experience and ability to work in a multidisciplined engineering team
- Experience of mentoring and/or leading engineers involved in electronic design
- Knowledge/experience of Power Electronics & Battery Management
- Experience of product compliance & Safety – EMC, LVD, CE Marking
- Industry experience – Automotive, Aerospace, Cyber Security, Consumer Electronics
