Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 per annum
Location: London EC2
Shift: Days Only Panama
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in commercial building maintenance? Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of electrical building systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and facilities management staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial building maintenance is essential.
- Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Level 3 UK electrical qualification or a degree in a relevant field.
- Candidates with foreign qualifications must possess a UK equivalency issued.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with commercial electrical systems such as 3 phase motors, UPS, BMS alarm systems, AHUs, FCUs, circuit boards, generators, and emergency lighting.
- Shift: Ability to work on a days only shift basis.
