Role: Software Engineer
Location: Norwich - 1 day a week
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
I'm currently working exclusively with one of our Norwich based clients, on the hunt for a Software Engineer to work on their software products. In this role you will be a part of my clients R&D Team with a focus on C#, WPF, .Net, Computer Vision, Neural Networking and Image Processing.
Essential Experience:
- Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
- Strong maths background
- Proven experience of application development
- Strong Object Oriented design knowledge
- Problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge in an applicable field of AI - Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning, Neural Networking
- Team working skills and self-motivate work ethic
- Good oral or written communication
Desirable Experience:
- C# environment, ideally WPF
- Good knowledge of testing practices and tools
- Understanding of image processing
- Understanding of development practices and how to identify team improvements.
- Understanding of video codecs, ideally x.264 or x.265
