Finance Assistant

As the incoming Finance Assistant, you will trained extensively by the team, and then tasked with the following duties:
- Processing and paying employee expenses
- Assisting with Purchase ledger queries and processing
- Managing the accounts inbox
- Being the main point of contact for the accounts phone line
- Reconciling and recording petty cash
- Additional duties as per the full job description
As the incoming candidate, you will possess previous experience working within an office environment, and it would be advantageous if this was in a finance based role. You will have excellent communication skills, on both a written and verbal level, and be able to build rapport both internally and externally. You will also have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and be someone who is keen to learn new skills. A strong knowledge of excel would be considered desirable for this position.
