Platform Integration Engineer
Overview:
Contract: Outside IR35
Location: Cambridge
Length: 6 months (possible extensions)
Rate: £65-£75p/h (DOE)
Hours: 37 hours a week, Hybrid (Subject to project requirements)
An immediate requirement has come up for a platform integration engineer to join a successful multinational Cambridge client who design, manufacture and distribute critical communications devices on an initial 6 month contract basis.
Key responsibilities:

Test, verification, and debug of Qualcomm Android platform in collaboration with relevant hardware, software and firmware teams.
Key requirements:

Experience conducting Diagnostics, analysis and resolution of issues with Qualcomm tools (QXDM/QDART)

Competency in delving into logs and resolving issues against relevant standards

Expertise with Qualcomm architecture

Background in Mobile integration and android platform alongside experience with comms protocols (5G/LTE/WIFI)
