Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a large, highly regarded Consultancy in London with the hire of an Associate Planner. This is a permanent position.

The successful Associate Planner will join an experienced team and help to create economic, social, and environmental value for your clients and the communities in which you work by delivering optimum planning permissions first time and on time. The approach is results driven, commercial, and blends professional expertise, local intelligence, and great working relationships with planning authorities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client list and provide a variety of services such as preparation/negotiation of planning applications, planning appraisals, planning strategy advice, local plan promotion and expert witness.

In order to apply for this roleyou should have a strong academic record, MRTPI, significant professional experience (private sector experience required), a clear passion for planning, a driven and ambitious mindset.
