Job Title: Insight & Analytics Analyst

Location: London or Remote

As a Insights and Analytics Analyst, you will leverage analytics to achieve significant cost savings annually across key categories. Your role will involve translating complex data sets into straightforward, actionable commercial insights to guide strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a highly ambitious individual with a proven track record in high-performance teams and environments. You should be eager for career growth and ready to advance to a senior role within 1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly Business Review, presenting to senior leadership on past performances, future forecasts, key learnings, and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive oversight of departmental activities and data.
  • Develop and deliver impactful reporting across cost categories for procurement and supply chain.
  • Establish effective metrics to define departmental objectives and track performance, sharing insights and learnings.
  • Design and build data structures using Microsoft products (SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, D365) to support operational reporting.
  • Support executive ad-hoc requests for data and insights into cost structures.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Seeking a highly ambitious candidate aiming to advance into a senior position.
  • Suitable for candidates from consulting backgrounds, in-house strategy/analytics, or equivalent high-performance teams, looking to shift from advisory roles to accountable delivery roles.
  • Commercial awareness to understand the impact of decisions on organizational performance.
  • Expertise in building Power BI reports and working with Microsoft Azure Power Platform using PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Experience in creating and manipulating data to generate comprehensive reports for diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly numerical with a proven ability to derive insights from complex and varied data sources.
  • Independent problem solver capable of identifying solutions and executing action plans.
  • Self-starter with accountability for personal and team objectives.
