Permanent Opportunity - Hard Services Facilities Manager - Manchester - £50,000 + £5,000 Car allowance + 5% Bonus
Are you a Technically qualified Hard Services FM with experience of delivering maintenance contracts on public sector sites? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider on a prestigious public sector contract.

About your role
* Responsible for leading a Hard Services FM contract on public sector sites across Manchester
* Management of key SLA's & KPI's
* Lead compliance and H&S standards across the contract
* Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract
* Manage both in house and subcontractor teams
* Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
About you
* Technically qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of working on public sector contracts
* Experience of managing Hard Services FM contracts
* Experienced in managing both on site FM teams and sub-contractors
* Commercially astute
* Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge - With IOSH
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
* Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
This role is covering multiple public sector sites across Manchester
You may have experience as one of the following: Hard Services Facilities Manager, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, Account Manager, Technical Manager, TFM Manager, Technical Services Manager.
