The Role of Customer Service Representative
- As a Customer Services Representative you will be based from our cleints offices in Chepstow.
- You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires.
- For example you could be dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.
- You will be responsible for dealing with incoming orders and then processing them on the system.
- You will be apart of a collaberative, friendly, vibrant team.

- We are looking for a bright, well organised, friendly, sociable candidate with strong customer relationship / relationship building skills
- You must have a good telephone manor
- You must have good initiative and be a good problem solver

- £28,000 basic
- £5K company performance bonus
