*Responsibilities:*
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health metrics
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Lead and mentor junior carers, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a clean, safe, and positive living environment
- Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a carer or in a similar role, preferably in a senior capacity
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent( Not Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
