Warehouse Shift Manager - Latimer, Morrisons Logistics
Are you ready to take on the fast-paced and dynamic role of a Warehouse Shift Manager at our Latimer logistics site? As a key leader in our operations, you will manage our Team Managers and Warehouse Colleagues to ensure products are picked efficiently and delivered to stores on time.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee all shift activities, including scheduling rotas to meet labour requirements
• Allocate resources to achieve operational objectives
• Monitor and manage operational resource spending
• Provide problem-solving guidance and coaching to your team
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within your teams
  Manage and develop the performance of Team Managers

About You
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics environment
• Proven track record in people management with the ability to deliver strong results through a team
• Ability to coach and encourage your team, fostering continuous improvement
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate, and develop large, diverse teams
