Foot Mobile Engineer - £48,000 P/A + Travelcard - City of London

My Client is looking for Multiskilled Foot Mobile Engineers to cover sites in the City of London and West End locations.

The ideal candidate must have electrical experience and have the relevant qualifications, primary skill with secondary skill set in the HVAC – building services sector. Alternative skills or trades will also be considered based on experience.

The selected engineer`s role will be covering PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems and will be supported by mobile engineers when required.

Engineer will be required to work on a wide range of HVAC-M&E assets , AHUs, pumps, motors, weekly and monthly checks , L8 etc

Engineer needs to be fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
Must have prior Building Service Maintenance experience (5 years as a minimum)
This is a client facing role , engineer must have good communication skills and be able to keep good documentation on site.
Salary: up to £48,000 per annum will depend on experience and skill set.
Travel card and expenses for work
Monday - Friday - 0800 to 1700
25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays
Company pension contribution.
Overtime is available and work as part of a team.
Additional training is offered to up skill engineer.
Internal progress as company expands and grows, management have built other businesses with same model.
