About the role of Resident Engineer
This is a rare opportunity to work in a F1 environment. This role is diverse and interesting, as no two days are the same. You will be able to develop your skills and the business is known for investing in training and development opportunities for its employees, helping them to further their careers.
This role will involve working on a shift pattern typically between 6am - 2am.
Responsibilities for an Resident Engineer
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies
- Undertake minor fabric tasks and skilled & non skilled tasks as required
- Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services to the site in an efficient and courteous manner, with a strong focus on customer care
Requirements for an Resident Engineer
- C&G 2391 Inspect & Test
- C&G PAT Testing Certificate
- 17th Edition minimum
- Experience of fault finding and maintaining HVAC systems
- Desirable C&G 6187 Level 2 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or knowledge of Fgas
