Job title: Lead Engineer (On man site)
Location: St Pauls
Terms: Permanent contract - working hours are (08:00am - 05:00pm) Full time Monday to Friday
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £49,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Requirements: Qualifications needed consist of the below
* Electrically qualified (City and Guilds/NVQ Levels 2/3)
* 18th Edition

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a Lead Electrical Engineer to work on a commercial building in Zone 1. They are looking for a reliable lead electrical engineer to look after one engineer on site.
Responsibilities: * Being a lead engineer to one engineer on a commercial building
* Dealing with PPM'S, FCU'S, AHU'S, Emergency Light Testing,
Reactive Maintenance, HVAC equipment, Fire Alarm Testing and
* General building maintenance
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as an engineer within the facilities maintenance industry
* Strong building services background
* Experience in a lead role
