Assistant Site Manager

This Assistant Site Manager role is a great opportunity to make an impression with a reputable firm.

You will be shadowing an experienced Senior Site Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build the project. The project is a large £38m cut and carve scheme based in Central London. Your scope of works will include assisting with the internal demolition initially then moving into the cut and carve works.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager

  • Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from demolition to completion.
  • Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager

  • SSSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Relevant experience

The firm hiring are a highly reputable outfit with a large order book for 2024/25. They are a main contractor who work nationwide but HQ is in London.

  • Day rate between £200-250 CIS a day
