Full Stack Web Developer (HTML, CSS, PHP) - Cambridge

Are you an experienced Full Stack Web Developer who specialises in HTML & PHP, seeking a new opportunity to work for a growing Software company?

The ideal candidate will have experience on the Frontend and Backend!

Additionally, you will be working for a World Leading supplier of hardware & software tools, who provide a range of electronics and test products around the world!

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary range from £30,000-£47,000, and great training and development opportunities to advance your career within tech.

What does the role entail?

As a skilled Full Stack Web Developer with extensive experience in HTML and PHP, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving their online presence.

Additionally, you will work closely with their Software & Marketing teams and will make lasting improvements across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• You will take ownership of implementing the design to create an attention-grabbing, functional and performant website for the company
• You will contribute to the design of their online presence, working closely with their designer and understanding the wider business requirements and needs of other teams
• You will follow an interaction design process, from discovering user needs through to deployment and maintenance to produce an online presence with measurable value
• You will automate and streamline customer journeys by helping to continuously improve their processes as well as connecting incoming data to their CRM and other tools

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate will meet these requirements:

• Experience of both frontend and backend web development using HTML, CSS and PHP
• Knowledge of WordPress custom themes and plugins
• Working knowledge of Google tag manage, GA4 and analysis of web traffic and interactions
• Ability to plan and manage your own time, projects and deliveries and to communicate clearly with other team members
• An interest in web, graphic or UX design will be beneficial
• Ability to collect, analyse and develop solutions to varied requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
