Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions and services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, systems, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
