We are working with an established food manufacturing company based in Telford. They are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join their team on a day’s pattern in return for a salary in the region of £46,000 along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development.

The Continuous Improvement Lead needs to possess a strong hands-on background in leading continuous improvement projects including lean and TPM implementation within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading a small team of continuous improvement staff
• Lead and manage process lines
• Complete and update quality records
• Liaise with other departments
• Evaluate current process and implement improvements where appropriate

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Demonstrated experience working within a lean manufacturing environment
• Lean qualifications and / or experience
