What you’ll do:

• Contribute to the definition of the strategy for the Division, and act as the key business partner to the President of LB Bentley.
• Translate strategy into business plans and establish agreed measurable targets.
• Provide financial expert advice and guidance to the business.
• Perform cost analysis and understand / improve root cause analysis of inconsistencies.
• Actively manage cash flows with the Group Finance Director.
• Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
• Deep dive into all detail to provide analysis and insight into past, current and future performance, both operational and financial.
• Drive and support improvement of operational efficiency initiatives, reduce stock levels and manage cost controls.   
• Engage and influence colleagues and stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.

What you’ll need:

• A recognised professional accounting qualification, or equivalent (ACA, CIMA, ACCA etc).
• The ability to plan strategically and balance commerciality.
• Passion, drive and motivation for performance improvement.
• Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills.
• The ability to deliver to tight time-scales and deadlines consistently.
• Relevant finance business partnering experience within a manufacturing industry is essential.
