We are seeking a dynamic and switched-on general manager with a deep understanding of food, restaurants, and bars. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of running our incredible restaurant and bar. The successful general manager will work closely with the Directors, who have ambitious expansion plans.

Nestled in a stylish part of Covent Garden, our world-famous opulent venue was relaunched last December and has quickly become a sought-after destination.

Spanning three floors, the venue features restaurants, a club space, and two bars serving pan-Asian cuisine. The street-level café at the front is open from noon and our djs play until 2am every weekend. Our exquisite cocktail and wine list perfectly complements our pan-Asian food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bars, and club space.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain a world-class atmosphere.
  • Manage and lead a team with high energy and a hands-on approach.
  • Be a constant presence on the floor, engaging with both guests and staff.
  • Report financial figures accurately
  • Be comfortable receiving and providing actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Directors on strategic planning and international expansion efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least two years general manager experience in managing a high-volume venue, including food, drinks, club nights and private events.
  • A fun and engaging personality with a serious commitment to hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for learning and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests, staff, and reporting to senior management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of profit and loss (P&L) statements.
  • Ambition to develop the venue and contribute to the business's expansion.
