An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for An Electrical  Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near Cambridge as part of a team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance . 

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical / Mechanical maintenance of a commercial building.


Hours of work


 08:00am to 17:00pm



Key duties & Responsibilities



  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors
  • AHU's / FCU's
  • Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books

Requirements



  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical
  • 17th or 18th Edition ( if electrical )
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
