This leading legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate specialising in Housebuilder work to join a national team based in Manchester.

Our client is a prominent national law firm with a comprehensive Housebuilder sector that covers all legal aspects of residential development, from acquisition and planning to construction and plot sales. They are recognised as leading legal advisers in the residential development sector, working with some of the UK's largest volume developers as well as smaller traditional builders.

The Housebuilder sector consists of over 50 specialist solicitors and is led by a former Legal Director at a national housebuilder. The team has a strong presence in several key locations, including Manchester, and continues to expand to meet growing demands.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join the team in Manchester. This role will allow you to develop your technical and client management skills through challenging and varied work alongside highly respected practitioners. There are real opportunities for career advancement as you build and nurture client relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

This opportunity is perfect for a qualified Solicitor or Associate with 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience from a leading property practice, although exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. You should have a strong intellect, high technical expertise, initiative, drive, and excellent client management skills. While experience in the Housebuilder sector is preferred, candidates with a broad commercial property background and a desire to specialise in Housebuilder work are welcome.
