In this role, you will be part of the technical team for fresh produce, ensuring that all produce meets legal, safety, quality, ethical, and sustainability standards. You will have the chance to travel both domestically and internationally, auditing suppliers and visiting farms and packing facilities. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and development opportunities within the technical sector of the fresh produce industry.

This position is ideal for an individual that wants to learn from experts, be trained on the latest machinery and quickly progress your career in one of the UK's most stable industries.

The Role:

  • Absorb daily training from industry experts and out sourced training providers
  • Learn how to managing the in house systems and maintaining supplier records
  • Collaborating with suppliers on ethical, sustainability, and quality requirements
