External Façade Manager - Expiring soon!

Looking for an experienced External Facade manager to work on a freelance contract until December.
You will manage interface with design and engineering teams and lead a subject to completion. Clarify the technical information, scope of works and interfaces with other trades during the procurement phase. Manage and coordinate all facade activities, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme. Manage the costs associated with the works and any variations, should they arise, in liaison with the Site Quantity Surveyors. Lead weekly progress meetings and produce the required time line of works / action points / 3-week look ahead programme. Manage the overall facade completion programme. Adherence to the Company quality standards including Management of defects, compliance with specification, compliance with materials / workmanship schedules, subcontractor code of conduct, considerate Constructors Scheme
