The core of your responsibilities will include meticulous analysis of architect drawings, extracting essential data with finesse, and conducting material take-offs for procurement purposes.

To excel in this role, a CSCS card is a prerequisite, evidencing your commitment to maintaining high industry standards. Your communication skills must be clear and confident, enabling effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe, ASite, and Aconnex, is essential, empowering you to deliver results with efficiency and precision.

The remuneration package is tailored to reflect the experience and value you bring to the team. Working hours are set from 7.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy a balanced professional and personal life.
