As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and escalating issues where necessary. With great attention to detail, you will follow customer specifications and report any returns promptly. Your ability to monitor ASN and stock transfers will make a significant impact on the smooth operations of the organisation.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make phone calls, providing efficient support to customers.
  • Respond to emails or forward them to the appropriate person.
  • Escalate issues promptly, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Understand and follow customers' specifications accurately.
  • Report returns in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor ASN and stock transfer to support seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure orders are picked and dispatched as per customer instructions.
  • Create and cancel pallet network shipments when necessary.
  • Request dedicated vehicle quotes to optimise logistics.
  • Book deliveries and collections, coordinating efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
