The current team successfully complete an array of diverse projects in residential, commercial and leisure schemes with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients for you to gain exposure and high-quality experience from.

The role will involve providing high quality planning advice and guidance to various clients in a range of sectors in relation to all aspects of planning. This will involve preparing, evaluating, and submitting small or large, complex planning applications and appeals, and consulting with local authorities, landowners and developers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field of study.
• Chartered member of the RTPI or working towards it.
• Good knowledge and experience in Planning Practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the UK Planning system.
• Some private sector experience advantageous but not essential.
