Account Manager, Reprographics and Print on Demand – Oxfordshire

Impressive & established Print Bureau, seek a motivated Print professional, ideally with some small format digital Print & Reprographics experience, to work alongside the dynamic Centre Owners and take the responsibility for meeting, greeting & managing a large array of Blue Chip and Event Clients Print on Demand requirements.

Most importantly, you must possess a naturally enthusiastic, confident, communicative personality and a real passion for taking responsibility in making Clients feel truly ‘looked after’. You will be able to demonstrate an obvious ability to interact very effectively with Clients in order to manage a significant array of incoming enquiries and customer requests, delivering outstanding service and maximising the associated Design, Reprographics and Print Sales opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the senior team to maximise current opportunities / demands within existing Client network, so you’ll relish working in a fast-paced, high quality, reprographics and small format digital/litho print environment, where you’ll also be fully trained on the various practical print production & finishing equipment & techniques, to ensure that your skills are multifaceted & you have the ability to support the various departments across the Business in busy times.

Some initial experience across the diversity of Print, including Litho & Small format Digital reprographics would be valuable, but this role would also suit a graphics/artworking professional, who is now seeking to make a transition into a more Client centric & multifaceted role.

• Strong communication skills, combined with disciplined & attentive project management skills.
• Good allround IT skills, (MS Office) and ideally, some basic artworking/file manipulation skills (Photoshop/Indesign)
• Commercial intelligence that can be trained & developed, so that you can manage the whole Client process from incoming enquiry, estimating, Client agreement, production liaison, project management, delivery & critically, Client satisfaction.
