Customer Coordinator

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)

Permanent

Rugby – office based

£24,000 - £27,500 pa depending on experience

Our client, a growing and successful company based in Rugby, are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their busy team.

The key responsibilities for a Customer Coordinator:

  • Logging all incoming emergency support requests from customers and updating these on the system as changes come in
  • Contacting customers to schedule engineering work
  • Contacting engineers to allocate works to them, putting all information onto the internal system
  • Answering calls in the head office to pass through to other staff members

The minimum requirements for a Customer Coordinator:

  • Great communication skills
  • Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Great IT skills - can pick up systems with ease
  • Happy to work to deadlines and good at prioritisation

The ideal candidate for a Customer Coordinator:

  • Logical thinker and problem solver
  • Experience using an in-house CRM system
  • Has transport to and from the office in Rugby
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
