Part Two Architectural Assistant

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28000-£32000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for an experience Part Two Architectural Assistant with creative design flare to join a friendly team in Birmingham. The CIAT registered practice works on commercial, conservation and residential projects and provide solutions from project inception to completion. High quality, innovative designs are always delivered, and client expectations are always exceeded.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have sufficient experience post Part Two qualification and will have ideally worked on care facilities or social housing projects. You will have great knowledge of current UK building regulations and will be confident working through the planning stages. Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient post Part 2 qualification experience
  • Previous work across care facility projects
  • Confidence to learn and progress your career
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
  • Good knowledge Revit and AutoCAD
  • Able to work well independently or as part of a team
