Commercial Manager Role
About the Company: We are a family-run interiors company specializing in CAT A & CAT B projects ranging from £500k to £2 million. Our success is built on a strong portfolio of repeat business, a robust supply chain, and a commitment to upholding high business ethics. We operate differently from Tier 1 contractors, offering a more reactive approach and quicker turnaround on projects, maintaining a focus on quality by limiting subcontractors to 2-3 per project.
About the Role: We are looking for a Commercial Manager who embodies the following qualities:

- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Passionate about driving change and improvement within the business
- Versatile with a broad skill set
- Comprehensive knowledge of all project sectors
- Skilled in financial management
- Experienced in post-project management
- Prioritizes health and safety
- Proficient in snagging and snagging management
- Well-versed in both pre-construction and post-construction phases
- Experience as a principal contractor
Key Credentials:
- Proven experience in all aspects of interior fit-out projects – both CAT A & CAT B
- Capable of managing suppliers and site teams effectively
- Strong financial management skills
- Experienced in managing post-project activities
- Background with main contractors
- Membership with CIOB / RICS / CABE is preferred
- PRINCE2
