We are looking for a passionate and skilled gardener to join our team based in Swindon.

Job Description:

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens and green spaces to the highest standards. Your work will include planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, and general garden maintenance. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that our clients' gardens are vibrant and well-cared-for throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Pruning and trimming plants and hedges.
• Mowing lawns and maintaining grass areas.
• Weeding, mulching, and fertilizing plants.
• Installing garden features like paths, fences, and patios.
• Operating and maintaining garden tools and machinery.
• Assessing plant health and applying treatments when necessary.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a gardener or similar role.
• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to operate garden machinery (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.).
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Relevant qualifications in horticulture (preferred but not essential).
• A valid UK driving license.
