Experienced M&E Maintenance engineer required to join a fast-growing SME. This is a mobile position covering various public contracts including Schools and public buildings, private residential & commercial buildings. Applicant must be willing to drive in London and home counties. Opportunity to increase salary with overtime, future career progression opportunities available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update site and plant maintenance and service records via PDA.
• To undertake PPM checks on the following plant: Pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s, general pipework, EMG lighting & LV checks, AC systems, BMS.
Experience
Must have a commercial plumbing background and an understanding of heating/BMS systems. Experience in maintaining and repairing Pumps, Pressurisation units, strainers, safety valves, expansion vessels etc.
