Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Overseeing the care staff
- Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home
- Previous experience as a Home Manager
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- Experience working with elderly and dementia residents
- Proven turnaround experience within care homes
- An active nmc PIN is desirable but not essential
