Spray Shop Team Leader - Derby
Approach Personnel are partnering with our new client to recruit a Spray Shop Team Leader. As a Spray Shop Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the spray shop together with carrying out the preparation of surfaces, application of primers and topcoats to timber fire doors and other joinery components.

Duties
- Application of paint using typical methods, including hand/roller, and spraying, as well as filling, sanding and priming.
- Ensuring maintenance of the workshop and tools/machinery on a day-to-day basis.
- Supervision of the shop floor, production staff and materials, as well as monitoring of timescales and production.
- Maintaining health and safety standards and protocols, and ensuring all final products are up to standard
