Mechanical Projects Manager - LOFTUS ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD

Duties will include:

• Oversee and manage mechanical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in mechanical systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage project risks, resolving any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior management and clients.

• Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager - CAT A
• Extensive experience in the fit-out, residential & commercial sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and requirements.
• Strong track record of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and stability.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications and memberships (e.g., CEng, MIMechE) are highly desirable.

Location:

The main office is based in Aylesbury, with sites across London.
