About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Provision Lead (Case Officer) to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and a competitive pay of £280 per day under an umbrella arrangement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage services for children and families within a specific locality or central team.
• Develop strong partnerships with schools, Police, NHS, voluntary and community sectors, and other local stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) are produced and reviewed.
• Liaise with team members to process EHCP assessments promptly.
• Serve as a contact point for EHCP queries and work closely with parents and young people.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records and manage complex cases effectively.
• Prioritize quality outcomes for children.
• Contribute to business strategies and special projects.
• Represent the team at internal and external meetings, promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.

• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with various stakeholders.
• High-level organizational and case management skills.
• Experience in managing and producing high-quality EHCPs.
• A proactive and innovative approach to service delivery.
• Commitment to placing quality outcomes for children as a top priority.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in chairing panels and managing complex cases
