TSRN are working with a leading Certification body who are looking to recruit an Accrediton Manager. 

The Successful applicant will be a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in accredited certification. A strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021 and associated IAF mandatory documents is essential, also a broader understanding of other accreditation standards such as ISO 27006, 17020 and 14065 is desirable.

The role will be remote based, with global responsibilities extending to all territories in which the client provide accredited certification. Typically, this role will require both domestic and international travel.

The key functions are:

• To promote a culture of continual improvement whilst striving to maintain operational conformity within the parameters of applicable normative documents.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with regulators based upon trust and technical excellence.
• To provide technical leadership in a variety of projects, such as new product development, transitions, and scope extensions.

 Essential skills:

• The ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally at a senior and working level.
• Operational experience in the Certification industry.
• Broad knowledge of accreditation requirements and processes.
• Personal experience of accountability for targets.
• Results focussed.
• Ability to understand and utilise management information, with the ability to make. informed decisions.
• Experience of the development and implementation of management system processes.
• Experience of project management.
• Lead Auditor qualification.
• Flexibility.
• Experience in compiling and working with risk assessments.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Full driving licence.
