Position: Experienced Static Fabric Technician/ Maintenance Engineer
Location: Luton
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £30,000 to £35,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician/ Maintenance Engineer for a static commercial site in Luton.
This site is looking for some one that can deal with the on site maintenance that will include the basic fabric side such as painting, plastering, plumbing, carpentry but will also do the legionella testing, ahu cleaning and basic electrical.
This site is a medical site for children and young adults so we do require someone that's is able to work within that type of environment.
The right person for this position will already have a strong background in commercial maintenance. It is preferable if they hold a level 2 qualification in plumbing, carpentry or electrical.
This is a Monday to Friday position with no on call
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building maintenance
- Based in or around the Luton area
- Level 2 maintenance qualification preferred
- Happy to do a Monday to Friday position
- Need to be able to work a medical site (site to be discussed)
- Must have experience dealing with on sitesub contractors
- Happy to do additional courses if needed
- Able to support the client under difficult situations
