Position: Quality ControllerLocation: Marden (Tonbridge Area)
Start Date: Immediate
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
- Label Accuracy: Verify label information and ensure print quality.
- Product Quality & Safety: Maintain and uphold high standards of product quality and safety.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record quality scores and maintain detailed records.
- Process Adherence: Ensure all production processes align with the planned guidelines.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
- Skills: Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control is required.
- Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off
- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (including a 1-hour unpaid break)
- Starting Pay Rate: £11.90 per hour during the probation period.
- Post-Probation Pay Rate: £13.23 per hour after the probation period.
- Transportation: Own transportation is required due to the location of the business.
- Opportunity: This role offers a path from temporary to permanent employment.
