About Us:

My client are looking for a dynamic and versatile IT Specialist to join them at the 2nd Line Support level to provide an unmatched standard of IT solutions and support to 2 of their main customers - both on site and remotely . They value innovation, collaboration, and the team's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd line support.
  • Monitor and maintain client IT systems.
  • Perform system upgrades and software installations.
  • Document support activities.
  • Assist in developing IT policies and procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a 2nd line support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, AWS, Azure).
  • Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
