My client are looking for a dynamic and versatile IT Specialist to join them at the 2nd Line Support level to provide an unmatched standard of IT solutions and support to 2 of their main customers - both on site and remotely . They value innovation, collaboration, and the team's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd line support.
- Monitor and maintain client IT systems.
- Perform system upgrades and software installations.
- Document support activities.
- Assist in developing IT policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in a 2nd line support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
- Network configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
