About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team and support our catch-up programs. This role stands out as an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the educational journey of our students.

You will be working closely with a small group of students, providing targeted interventions to help them reach their full potential. This is a part-time position, perfect for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3).

• Experience working with Key Stage 2 students.

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored catch-up sessions to small groups of Key Stage 2 students.

• Supporting classroom activities and assisting the class teacher as needed.

• Monitoring and reporting on student progress.

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
