This contractor is in a good spot in 2024 so far, with a number of new projects underway and planned for later this year and into next.
This growth means they need to strengthen their commercial team. Reporting into the Commercial Manger/Head of Commercial, you'll have lots of scope and autonomy to progress your career and build your own commercial team in time.
When you join, you'll take on two or three projects, each valued £1m to £5m . The majority of your time will be spent across the sites you're responsible for, with maybe a day or two a week in the head office in London SE1.
About you:
- Quantity Surveying Degree (or similar)
- Experience within enabling or civil engineering (ideal)
- Five to ten years experience in the London market
