£45,000 - £55,000/annum +Commission on new business

Our client is a UK leading specialist interiors sub-contractor providing expertise across all aspects of drylining, plastering, partitioning, ceilings, and steel framing systems. They have worked alongside a number of leading main contractors, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects.

-Package: £45,000-£55,000

-Bonus commission opportunity on any new business.

-Permanent full time role or long term contract.

-Immediate start dates.

Sectors they work in include student accommodation, retail, leisure, commercial, education, and healthcare, with projects valued up to £15m.

Due to sustained growth and increased workload, they are seeking an Estimator to join their team and work on projects across the Manchester and surrounding areas.

As an Estimator, your role will involve Interpreting tenders for interior projects, efficiently managing your workload, and communicating effectively with wider teams.

Reviewing tender drawings to prepare and submit quotations

Maintaining and nurturing professional relationships with clients.

Reviewing bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports.

Producing accurate estimations.Identifying financial, design, production, and contractual risks and opportunities, and measuring quantities and generating Bills of Quantities.

Ensuring subcontractor and supplier quotations are obtained.

Requirements:

Experience in estimating, ideally within a similar industry.
