Prior experience in estate agency is not required, however, proficiency in administrative tasks is essential. Join them and take your career to new heights!

Permanent position £24-26k pa

Duties include:

  • To provide administrative support to Sales team and office.
  • Basic admin Duties, answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages.
  • Front of house Meeting and greeting clients as necessary.
  • Dealing with internal/external emails.
  • Provide support with ad-hoc duties in line with business requirements.
  • Sales progression chasing, dealing with solicitors and clients with updates
  • Photos Editing, may need to take photos of properties. Advertising posts for Marketing/social media
  • To create brochures, flyers, marketing material, window cards, organise EPCs, place properties on the internet.
  • To create invoices for fees and disbursements, Keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing completion monies
  • Data entering/ Registering clients on the system
  • Creating, Filing, Property File upkeep, Putting together, printing and sending out property lists
  • Creating mail merges, running reports and mail outs

Key Skills/requirements:

  • Teamwork – It is equally important to communicate with colleagues, working with them to establish the most efficient way to provide an excellent service to clients.
  • Good communication skills for both verbal and written.
  • Able to work well as a team and by themselves to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Able to work under pressure and Can-do, positive attitude

  • Superior computer skills: The role requires you to use Word, Excel, Outlook and estate agency specific software. A proficient typist is required in order to keep up with the workload.

  • Full Licence and a car are essential as maybe required to carry out viewings if necessary.

The estate administration role provides scope for career progression, personal development and networking opportunities. In dealing with plenty of paperwork, you will gradually learn all legislation and regulations surrounding estate, which will prove advantageous as you move up the ladder.
