Property Accountant, London
£40,000 - £50,000

We are working with a property investor / owner who have recently set up their first UK office, located close to Cannon Street station.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has perhaps 2/3 years of experience of working within property finance who can come on board and act as the sole point of contact within the organisation relating to financing. The remit will be wide and varied covering most areas of bookkeeping, invoicing, financial controls etc.

We anticipate applications may be from those who are part-qualified, will be supported, and guided through to qualified status. Applications from fully qualified property accountants also greatly considered.

The business has purchased several high-rise buildings across the capital and will continue to evolve and invest across the real estate industry, with the London team effectively growing headcount over time.

Initially you will be one of a very small nimble team, however part of a considerably larger business which is in Hong Kong. Applicants with Mandarin/Cantonese language skills may be seen as beneficial however not essential.

We anticipate a starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000.

Please note this is not a WFH position and you will be required to work from their new office near Cannon St Station.
