Service Coordinator - £25,000 - £30,000 based in Chertsey, Surrey

This is a great opportunity for a Service Planner to manage and book works including surveys, call outs, planned maintenance visits and quoted works. To manage the schedule and Engineers effectively to maximise the business efficiency. Strive to deliver world class customer service to both customers and colleagues alike.


Duties/attributes: 

• Previous experience of scheduling jobs
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK
• Strong customer service skills
• Administration experience in an office environment
• Highly organised
• IT literate
• Excellent telephone manner
• Capable of planning time, prioritising and managing own workload in a high-pressured environment
• Able to expertly handle customers’ expectations and confidently handle difficult situations
• Process all customer orders efficiently & accurately
• Schedule jobs accurately to Engineers and Sub-contractors located throughout the UK
• Provide customers with regular job updates
• Build rapport with customers
• Liaise with Engineers and Sub-contractors – providing information & answering any queries
• Manage Engineers rota, holiday and sickness with Operations Manager
• Answer incoming calls, confidently dealing with all enquiries
• Always provide excellent levels of customer service
• Assist in managing Service Inbox
