My client is looking for someone to joining their Hr team in the midlands office you would be reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator is responsible for the effectiveness of the day-to-day HR administration activities, to provide the best support to our customers.
This role has a wide remit, including HR admin support for the various functions within the department, e.g. recruitment and L&D.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the wider HR department and keep the HR system up to date and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Ensure that new starters and payroll-related information is accurately submitted and stored.
• Assist in anyway with recruitment needs. (paperwork, process and advertising)

What we need from you:
• The successful applicant will have experience working in a similar role in a busy office environment
• Ability to use Microsoft office suite
• The ability to always maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge and use of personnel record systems (Desirable)
• Experience in the administration of flexible benefits and car fleet (Desirable)
• CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
