Project Lead opportunity for a strong Tier 2 Main Contractor that has a turnover of £400 Million annually. This business specialise in residential new builds and student accommodation.
The job is a 20 storey RC frame tower consisting of 144 units. It is currently at the basement dig stage. The RC frame subcontractor used is an internal business.
The project is by West Ealing rail station.
The business ideally want to hire a Project Lead with Main Contracting experience.
Also you must have delivered your own job as Project Lead previously.
